    Research Interests

    I am passionate about both, research and teaching on supply chains, logistics, and operations. In particular, I am interested in creating knowledge on sustainable supply chains that are economically viable, environmentally friendly, socially responsible, as well as robust and resilient to an occurrence of unexpected events. My key research area is focused, but not limited to food supply chains and related industries.

    By now, I have authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed articles published in international journals and book chapters.



    I joined Queen’s University Management School/Queen’s University Belfast in October 2012. Since then, I have taught logistics, supply chain and operations management courses in its management undergraduate and postgraduate programmes coordinate research seminars for the Management Group and supervise several post-graduate and PhD students. Furthermore, I taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the area of logistics, operations and supply chain management at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering (Serbia) as well as in international MBA programs in Russia.
